COURSE LECTURER
Mgr. Lenka Ottová
She graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc. He has been involved in crisis intervention since 2007. He currently works as a lecturer, investigator and consultant for the EDA crisis line, intended for parents, loved ones and professionals concerned with the topic of caring for a child with a serious diagnosis. He also works at the Safety Line as a lecturer (e.g. accredited training in chat crisis intervention), investigator and consultant for the chat and online counseling center. He also works as a lecturer in schools, companies and wherever crisis communication needs to be managed.
