- 01A psychologist is a graduate of a single- or double-major master's degree in psychology at the Faculty of Arts or Pedagogy (Mgr. degree). In addition to knowledge of theoretical and applied psychological disciplines, he should also know psychological methodology and psychological methods. He can work in research, participate in teaching psychology, psychological diagnostics or psychological counseling. A psychologist does not prescribe medications, but he should have a basic overview of psychiatric medication.
- 02A psychotherapist is a professional who has completed or is currently undergoing psychotherapy training. Psychotherapy training usually lasts between 4 and 6 years and is subject to further university education in medicine or the humanities. This means that a psychotherapist can be a doctor, nurse, special education teacher, psychologist, social worker, etc. Psychotherapists can be associated in the Czech Republic in a number of organizations, for example, the Czech Association for Psychotherapy.
- 03A psychiatrist is a graduate of a medical school (MUDr. degree) with subsequent specialization in psychiatry, so he is a doctor and is the only one who can prescribe medication. Consultations with a psychiatrist, unless otherwise stated on the website, are covered by insurance. A psychiatrist can also be a psychotherapist if he has completed psychotherapy training.
- 04A clinical psychologist becomes a professional when they obtain a certification in clinical psychology in subsequent postgraduate studies. If a clinical psychologist has contracts with insurance companies, they can offer their services covered by insurance.

- 07Free cancellation and rescheduling of the consultation is possible 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel the session later, you will be charged the full price of the consultation.
- 08Based on Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), we process personal data of clients to the following extent: name (surname is not required), telephone number, or email, only for the purpose of mutual communication (cancellation and rescheduling of sessions). The data is not made available to any third party. During the session, colleagues can make personal notes that are anonymized (clients are not identifiable according to them). Therefore, they are not personal data according to Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and are not subject to the measures on the processing of personal data according to the above-mentioned laws.Clients' personal data is handled in accordance with Act No. 110/2009 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")The client's personal data, including special categories of personal data, are processed by the controller in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of providing psychotherapeutic consultations, psychological counseling or other consulting activities in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the controller in the event of a dispute arising from the contract, unless in a specific case the interests of the client outweigh the interests of the controller.The recipient of the client's personal data is the personal data controller and, based on the client's consent (for minor clients, their legal representative), in exceptional cases, also persons cooperating with the controller, but solely in the interest of the client and for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between the client (or for minor clients, their legal representative) and the controller.The controller processes the client's personal data (for minor clients, also their legal representative) based on the written consent provided by the client or their legal representative. The provision of personal data is a necessary prerequisite for the relevant provision of services by the controller to the client. The controller stores the client's personal data for the period of provision of services to the client and for a period of five years from the last consultation.The client (or his legal representative) acknowledges that he is entitled to:· At any time withdraw the consent granted in whole or for any of the stated purposes separately· Request information about what personal data is processed about him· Request correction or completion of his personal data· Request deletion of his personal data if there is no longer a reason for their processing· Request restriction of processing of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or for whichthe reason for their processing has ceased to exist, but he does not agree to their deletion· Request enabling the transfer of processed data· Receive a response to his request addressed to the administrator without undue delay,no later than one month from the receipt of the request by the administrator· File a complaint with the supervisory authority (Office for the Protection of Personal Data, pplk.Sochora 27, Prague 7, 170 000) if he believes that the processing of his personal data violates the GDPR.
- 09We do not provide information about clients to any other persons, even close relatives, or institutions. Any reports can be prepared after consultation with a selected expert in the event of an explicit and justified request from the client. Since this is a private practice, information about clients is not part of other medical or other documentation.
- 10Individual team members provide services at their own expense and responsibility. The contractual relationship arises only between a specific therapist and a client. The operator of this website assumes no responsibility towards clients, unless he himself acts in the role of a psychologist/therapist/addictologist.Psychologie Interse, s.r.o. is not a healthcare facility, it is not in a contractual relationship with health insurance companies. Service providers are not obliged to keep documentation on clients and provide client records to other institutions for review. The confidentiality and anonymity of clients outside the center is fully maintained.
- 11Who are we, what is the purpose of the website Interse.cz and what are these Terms and Conditions for?The company Psychologie Interse, s.r.o., with its registered office at V Horní Stromce 2300/7, Prague 3 - Vinohrady, 130 00, Czech Republic, identification number 17352193, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 369804 (“Operator” or “we”) is the operator of the website www.interse.cz (“Site”).The Site contains· information for the general public with a focus on psychotherapy and counseling;· information and registration options for courses for the general public and the professional public· online booking calendar allowing clients to register for a service provided by experts on our websiteThrough the Site, we provide our services on the basis of a contract for the provision of services and the use of the Site ("Contract"), consisting mainly of providing contact with a psychotherapist chosen by the client himself or recommended to him.These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Contract that we, as the Operator of the Site, conclude with any user who orders individual Consultations through them or on the basis of individual communication with a psychotherapist and participates in them ("Client" or "you") (the Client and the Operator together as the "Contracting Parties").These Terms and Conditions govern our mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or under the Contract. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract. We may also agree on other terms and conditions than those regulated by these Terms and Conditions, in which case the arrangements specified in the Contract shall prevail.If you are interested in ordering a Consultation through our Site, you must agree to these Terms, familiarize yourself with the principles of personal data protection and conclude a Contract with us.The Contract and the Terms are governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. If the relationship established by the Contract (including the Terms) contains an international (foreign) element, then it is agreed that such a relationship is governed by Czech law. However, this provision does not affect applicable consumer rights.We may unilaterally change or supplement the Terms at any time. The new Terms are effective on the 15th day of their publication on the Site. We will inform you of such a change via an information email. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can immediately terminate the Contract by email. This does not affect the rights and obligations that arose during the period of validity of the previous Terms. In such a case, the Agreement will be terminated on the day preceding the effective date of the notified change. Who is the Site intended for?The Site is intended for the general public to gain awareness of the topic of psychotherapy and mental health. In addition, it is possible to arrange a meeting (“Consultation”) with a consultant in the field of therapy (“Therapist”) through the Site.3. Do we provide health services?We do not provide health services. Through our Therapist Service, health services within the meaning of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Health Services, are not provided or brokered. The brokering or provision of health services is not the intention or purpose of either the Operator, the Therapists, or the Website.By using the Consultations, you voluntarily and at your own request enter into contact with the Therapist. You acknowledge that this contact and communication within the Consultations is not part of health care and the Therapist does not assume responsibility for your health condition.If you receive a recommendation from the Therapist to seek professional help during the Consultation, you are obliged to consider these recommendations and take them into account in your further actions. The Operator and the Therapist do not bear any responsibility for your actions before, during or after the Consultation. You are always responsible for all your decisions and actions.4. How is the Contract concluded?We will conclude the Contract together by confirming your first reservation in the online system, when the Contract is concluded and becomes effective upon receipt of our acceptance of the reservation, which we will send to your email address, which you provide as part of the reservation.You acknowledge that we are not obliged to conclude the Contract (we may refuse to make a reservation) entirely at our discretion, especially with persons who have previously violated the Contract (including the Terms) or acted in violation of generally binding legal regulations.By agreeing to the Terms and confirming that you have read the principles of personal data protection, you express your consent to conclude the Contract, on the basis of which we will allow you to use our online reservation system and use our Services. The use of the Site for the purpose of ordering Consultations is therefore possible only on the basis of at least one, usually the first, reservation through which you will be able to order additional individual Consultation dates and use our other Services. You are not obliged to use our reservation system repeatedly, except for the first reservation. Further cooperation is up to you and the agreement with the therapist with whom you made the reservation.5. How does the reservation of the first appointment on the website work?The reservation is made via the Website, where you fill in the required information, agree to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions and the principles of personal data protection and thereby agree to the conclusion of the Contract.After completing the reservation, we will send you a confirmation email about the successful reservation to your email address that you entered when booking or we will ask you to choose another therapist in the event that the one you chose is already full.When booking, you are obliged to provide your name, surname, email address and phone number, with the proviso that this information will be used to book the first appointment with the therapist and at the same time, thanks to the phone number, we will be able to confirm the reservation through our reception, where you will be able to ask any questions. Other data that can be provided during registration is optional, however, if you fill it in, you must provide the data truthfully and in the event of its change during use, you are obliged to report the change to us without undue delay.We are not liable to you for any damage that you may incur by providing false or incorrect data when registering on the Site. We do not verify the accuracy and truthfulness of your data in any way.To use the Services and register for Consultations, you must be over 18 years of age, in which case you may attend therapy without the consent of your legal guardian. If you are under 18, you declare that you have the consent of your legal guardian, or that you are sufficiently mature to be able to consider all the risks and conditions of the Agreement and the provision of the Services yourself. If you hesitate, it is always better to consult your legal guardian and request his or her consent.6. What is the content of our Services?Based on the Agreement, we undertake to provide you with the Services. We will allow you to use the Site to arrange a Consultation with a Therapist of your choice, and possibly use other services that the Site allows you to use.You acknowledge that we are not a provider of Consultations. Consultations are provided by Therapists with whom you conclude a separate agreement for the provision of therapy services (“Therapist Agreement”). The Agreement with the Therapist is governed by the terms set out in Article 9 of these Terms.You acknowledge that ordering a Consultation through the Site does not create any contractual relationship between us and you. All contractual relationships arising from ordering a Consultation arise between the relevant Therapist and you.If you breach your obligations under these Terms and Conditions towards us or towards a Therapist, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you are liable for the damage caused and you undertake to reimburse us for all costs that we had to incur to remedy the defective condition resulting from your breach.Please note that the content of the Site, including the profiles of Therapists, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or endorsement of the products, services, practices, procedures, manufacturers, providers, brands or ideas described or displayed.You acknowledge that the Site may not be available continuously, in particular with regard to the necessary maintenance of our hardware and software equipment, or the necessary maintenance of the hardware and software equipment of third parties who provide us with the operation of the Site or other related services, due to force majeure, actions of a third party or power outage or connectivity.7. How to book a Consultation and how does the Consultation take place?Through the Site, you can book a Consultation with a selected Therapist with a selected specialization through their Therapist Profile, where individual Therapists list available Consultation dates.You can book a Consultation through the given offer available on a specific Therapist Profile. Within the order form, you will fill in the necessary information and, if applicable, the specification of your assignment. By placing an order, you consent to the conclusion of a Contract with the Therapist.The Consultation itself takes place at our premises at V Jámě 1, Prague 1 or online, as agreed with the therapist.One Consultation lasts 50 minutes, or 90 minutes for couples therapy or therapy involving multiple Clients. You can book a Consultation no later than 48 hours in advance. During the Consultation, the Client and the Therapist agree on further cooperation individually according to the client's needs.You can cancel the ordered Consultation no later than 48 hours before its date. You can cancel the Consultation via email interse@interse.cz or directly by contacting the therapist, for whom you already have an email thanks to our mutual agreement.If you do not attend the agreed Consultation or do not cancel it using the procedure described above, the amount paid for the Consultation will be forfeited as a lump-sum compensation for the planned Consultation in favor of the Therapist.If the Consultation is canceled by the Therapist or the Consultation does not take place for a reason on the Therapist's part, it is up to you and the Therapist to agree on how you will mutually resolve this situation.8. How to pay for the Consultation?The price for the 1st Consultation can only be paid in cash at the location of the establishment V Jámě 1, Prague 1. Further payments are to be decided between you and the therapist.9. When do I conclude a Contract with the Therapist and what is its content?By making a reservation for a Consultation, i.e. by sending an order through the online booking calendar, I conclude a Contract with the Therapist.Based on the Contract with the Therapist, the Therapist provides the Client with services consisting of consulting activities or psychotherapy, and the Client acknowledges and agrees that the advice and recommendations provided by the Therapist during the Consultation are not intended to replace the Client's decision-making and will in his/her matters.At the first meeting, the therapist signs his/her own therapeutic contract with the client, which regulates the relationship between the Therapist and the Client.Beyond what is stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, you will not incur any additional costs to the Therapist in connection with the cancellation of the Consultation.Information communicated to the Therapist during the Consultation is considered confidential and the Therapist undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding it within the framework of the applicable legal regulations. Therapist’s confidentiality is limited in particular if, according to the Criminal Code, he/she has a so-called reporting obligation that a crime has been or may have been committed.You acknowledge and agree that, in order to ensure the highest possible quality of the provided Consultation, the Therapist may consult with other experts within his/her supervision on the course and conduct of the Consultation. If the Client wishes that some parts of the Consultation remain strictly confidential (the Therapist will not be entitled to disclose their content to any third party, subject to the confidentiality provisions above), he/she shall notify the Therapist without delay. The Therapist undertakes to respect this wish of the Client without reservation.We ensure the handling of your complaints via the electronic address interse@interse.cz. We will send you information about the handling of your complaint to your email address.10. What are your rights from defective performance and how to exercise them?If the Therapist does not provide you with a Consultation properly and on time, you are entitled to book a replacement Consultation appointment with the Therapist of your choice.Please exercise your rights from defective performance with us as the Operator of the Site, either in writing at our registered office or at our email address interse@interse.cz. You will be informed about the progress and settlement of your exercised right to compensation for damage via the contact details you provided in the order for the relevant Consultation.We develop and use tools to ensure that the Site is safe for everyone. If you notice any violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or generally binding regulations, you can report it via email interse@interse.cz. We take each such report very seriously and actively address it.11. To what extent are you liable when using the Site? Is our liability as the Site Operator limited in any way?The Company is not liable for Consultations and content posted on the Therapist's Profile, as well as for the proper provision of the Consultation. The Therapist is fully liable for any damage caused by the Consultation or information provided by the Therapist. However, you are always responsible for your own actions before, during and after the Consultation.We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse of the Site, for any reason (in particular, due to force majeure, actions of a third party or the Client, power outages or connectivity). We are not liable for any damage (including lost profits) that would arise as a result of using the Website or due to restrictions or interruptions in its availability, nor are we liable for interruptions in the provision of Services if this is caused by third parties or force majeure (for example, a cyber attack, a long-term power outage or telecommunications connection, incorrect service by service companies) or by the Therapist (for example, incorrect manipulation of the Online Booking Calendar. In these cases, you waive your right to compensation for damage.12. How long is the Contract concluded for and how can it be terminated?Either Contracting Party may terminate the Contract by written (including email) notice addressed to the other Contracting Party to the email address of the other Contracting Party. The notice period is one month and begins on the first day of the calendar month following the day on which the written notice was delivered to the other Contracting Party.The Contract shall terminate, among other things, by cancellation Account; this does not affect the grounds for termination of the Agreement arising from legal regulations. The Account may be terminated:· by our mutual agreement;· due to a breach of the Agreement (including the Terms) by the Client· in the event of inactivity for more than 12 months.The Contracting Parties may withdraw from the Agreement only in cases stipulated by law. The Contracting Parties may not withdraw from the Agreement regarding the performance that they have already provided to each other.13. What about intellectual property?We are the exclusive and unlimited executor of all property rights and, to the widest possible and legally permissible extent, also personal rights to the Site as a work of authorship within the meaning of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as amended (the “Copyright Act”).By concluding the Agreement, we grant you a limited right to use the Site to the extent of its functionalities.All of our rights (both property and personal rights, where the law allows) to the Site remain retained by us.14. What happens to your personal data?The Operator and the Therapist handle your personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations for the purpose of fulfilling the Contract and providing services under these Terms and Conditions.Clients' personal data is handled in accordance with Act No. 110/2009 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR")The client's personal data, including special categories of personal data, are processed by the administrator in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of providing psychotherapeutic consultations, psychological counseling or other consulting activities in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. f) for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of the controller in the event of a dispute arising from the contract, unless in a specific case the interests of the client outweigh the interests of the controller.The recipient of the client's personal data is the personal data controller and, based on the consent of the client (in the case of minor clients, their legal representative), in exceptional cases also persons cooperating with the controller, but solely in the interest of the client and for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded between the client (or in the case of minor clients, their legal representative) and the controller.The controller processes the personal data of the client (in the case of minor clients, also their legal representative) on the basis of the written consent provided by the client or their legal representative. Final ProvisionsThe Operator reserves the right to terminate the operation of therapeutic services and/or the provision of services via the Server at any time, even without giving a reason. If this occurs, the Operator will ensure that the previously ordered consultations between the Therapist and the Client take place as previously agreed.Any ineffectiveness or invalidity of any provision of the Terms and Conditions does not result in their ineffectiveness or invalidity. Instead of an invalid or ineffective provision of the Terms and Conditions, a provision will be substituted, the meaning of which comes as close as possible to the invalid or ineffective provision.We are authorized to provide the Services and operate the Website on the basis of a trade license; trade license inspection is carried out by the relevant trade license office within its scope of competence.These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on 15.11. 2022.
