Superior services are not a condition for providing medical care
If you want to use the reception services that increase the standard of our clinic, you can pay an annual subscription and use: a receptionist on the phone 5 days a week, quick telephone appointment, SMS reminder of the visit date at a specific time and thus avoid possible omissions, news and changes in outpatient operations.
If you are ordering a child under 6 years of age or you are over 65 years of age or you are going for a one-time examination (usually to a psychologist) or you are in financial need, you have these services from us free of charge.
Dear patients, in our internal rules, please pay attention to the information regarding unexcused absences. If you do not apologize 48 hours in advance, you are significantly violating the internal rules.
