​CBT PROGRAM FOR ADULTS WITH ADHD SYMPTOMS

​WE OFFER:

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is based on the belief that our habits, ways of thinking and behavior can be changed - step by step, with the help of understanding and training. Our program helps clients with ADHD symptoms learn to work better with the everyday demands of life and with themselves. Through specific techniques and practical exercises, you will gain new strategies that will allow you to function more effectively and with greater confidence. The group will be guided by two psychologists and is covered by public health insurance.

What to expect?

Introductory consultation with a psychologist

Before being accepted into the group program, you will have an introductory clinical interview with a psychologist focused on mapping your current functioning, specific difficulties and expectations from the program. You will be administered questionnaire methods to assess the current depth of difficulties.

/A prior diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood is an advantage, but it is not necessary. The focus of the difficulties is on attention/impulsivity./

10 meetings (last 10th with a gap of one month after completion)

at the Olšanská Polyclinic

MONDAYS at 5-6:30 PM

This is a closed group of approximately 5-8 patients focused on time organization, work with distraction, motivation, emotional regulation, etc.

/The group does not focus primarily on solving relationship problems./

WE ARE OPENING ANOTHER RUN FROM MARCH 2026!

Group work is covered by health insurance.

The groups include educational material, for which a one-time fee of 2000 CZK will be collected before the start of the run.
