WE OFFER CBT METHOD FOR TREATING INSOMNIA
The CBT method is based on the belief that our behavior is learned. That which is functional for us and that which does not serve us well in life. However, this means that it is also possible to unlearn it.
Our program focuses on changing sleep behavior through specific exercises, using an app, a sleep calendar, and other practical methods.
How is insomnia treated?
Screening of problems:
This is a 50-minute examination by a sleep specialist, the aim of which is to:
in a diagnostic interview, determine the nature of your problems
fill out questionnaire methods, based on which we will determine the effectiveness of your sleep
plan a treatment suitable for you
This is not a sleep examination in a sleep laboratory, we do not use any instrumental methods.
2. CBT treatment:
The first choice method in the treatment of insomnia, which:
is based on specific exercises and techniques leading to more effective sleep
uses modern (digital) therapeutic tools
We regularly accept patients into the CBT insomnia training group:
7 meetings every Tuesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
8 patients in the group
the next run starts on January 26, 2025
The content of the groups is specific exercises and techniques leading to more effective sleep.

nurse with certification in Nursing Care in Psychiatry Bc. Jana Bártková
Screening and group form of CBT are covered by health insurance, except for patients insured by VOZP (201).
